If you're having issues sending emails try to change your outgoing port to 587. If you prefer to use SSL for Email, simply change your outgoing port to 465 - SMTP (SSL) and your incoming port to 995 - POP3 (SSL).

SMTP is outgoing and POP3/IMAP is incoming.

25 - SMTP
587 - SMTP
465 - SMTP (SSL)
110 - POP3
995 - POP3 (SSL)
143 - IMAP
993 - IMAP (SSL)
